📋 Description

• Own and maintain launch plans for AI products, including timelines, owners, dependencies, and required lead times • Map launch stakeholders and run a clear communication cadence • Track go-to-market readiness across marketing, sales, support, training, solution architects, documentation, and other functions • Provide organized direction and proactively follow up with stakeholders • Report launch status, risks, and delivery dates to senior leadership • Present launch readiness in leadership forums • Coordinate usability testing and customer feedback sessions • Organize logistics connecting product teams with customers, solution architects, and other stakeholders • Run launch checklists, go/no-go reviews, and post-launch retrospectives • Build strong product understanding and communicate credibly with engineers, executives, and other audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with AI products sufficient to explain them credibly to any audience; deep technical or model-building knowledge is not required • 1–2 years of experience in project or program coordination, product ownership, business operations, launch or event management, an internship, or a similar cross-functional role • Track record of managing multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative, outgoing style • Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and follow-through • Confidence and professionalism when engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders • Ability to work with globally distributed teams and strong asynchronous communication skills • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
