📋 Description
• Support the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) South Texas Veterans Health Care System Care in the Community Service • Focus on patient access, appointment scheduling, consult processing, referral coordination • Screen and respond to telephone inquiries • Use required systems and tools including Microsoft Office
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or General Educational Development equivalent • Basic medical terminology knowledge • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively • Ability to type at least fifty (50) words per minute • Basic computer skills • Resident of the United States of America • Ability to complete required training within required timeframes • Ability to work in a remote or office-based computer environment
