📋 Description
• Act as the key liaison between members and global medical and security teams • Support members with healthcare and security queries • Coordinate medical appointments • Authorise treatments • Manage policy claims • Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment • Ensure timely coordination of care, accurate information, and seamless support during critical situations
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills • Natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English • Portuguese is a plus • Customer service experience in a contact centre or similar is desirable • Confidence with Microsoft Office • Appreciation for data protection • Degree level preferred • Interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred
