📋 Description

• Act as liaison between International SOS health and security analytical support and the Client Organization • Leverage International SOS points of contact and regional expertise to support client decision-making • Maximize use of International SOS services and review day-to-day service utilization • Provide proactive suggestions for operational procedure adjustments based on case review • Keep client management updated on developments, innovations, Insight Report pipeline, and relevant thematic/geographic trends • Produce strategic thought pieces, forecasts, emerging-crisis detection, and operational guidance • Provide contextual information and advice during incidents, including implications and escalation recommendations • Support risk assessment, crisis management, business continuity, operational planning, and crisis escalations • Collect, analyze, and disseminate security and health intelligence affecting client staff and operations • Monitor crisis escalation indicators • Present findings and recommended actions to enable business decision-making • Monitor client employees via Quantum before travel for policy and regulatory compliance • Review travel information and provide assistance when required • Support traveler preparation, education, information, and assistance before, during, and after travel • Respond to traveler incidents and oversee emergency response plans with client points of contact • Support internal escalation planning and preparation initiatives • Provide tailored travel risk assessments • Support travel-related incidents on an as-needed basis, including outside working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Detailed understanding of the International SOS platform and tools • Highly effective written and verbal communications in English • Additional language preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to make clear judgments about the impact of security incidents on client activities • Good organizational skills, including ability to set goals, define objectives and plan for achievement • Use of technology for data reporting and online/virtual delivery of services • International work/security experience preferred • Experience in security operations management in military, government, or private sector roles preferred • International SOS security or operational expertise preferred • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional training in security, risk management, or international relations studies • Fluent spoken and written English
