📋 Description

• Create deliverable sets based on direction from others by navigating systems and operating tools efficiently • Learn tool functionality by researching and leveraging mentorship and other available resources • Continuously improve methods and efficiency by collaborating with others • Modify models, data, or drawing sets based on direction from others • Communicate with internal and external teams using virtual and in-person collaboration tools • Apply model and scope changes by adjusting deliverables as required • Document and archive revisions according to established procedures • Follow project workflows and agreed-upon standards to meet deliverable requirements and schedules • Perform self-checks to identify and correct major errors and deviations from best practices • Assist in peer reviewing others’ work for compliance with established standards • Self-perform advanced design tasks with direction • Provide continuous improvement suggestions for tools and processes • Work directly with manufacturing and construction teams to deliver constructable design

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or an applicable associate degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical college is required • Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a virtual design, construction, or related technical field are preferred • A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will also be considered in place of formal education requirements • Foundational experience with virtual modeling software, construction documentation, or technical design applications that support virtual design and construction processes • Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements; travel should not exceed 15% • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily • Ability to communicate effectively using virtual and in-person collaboration tools
