📋 Description

• Lead the execution of digital strategies with a focus on driving commercial outcomes • Manage, develop, and perform the Digital Solutions sales team • Build and execute go-to-market plans • Identify, target, and convert sales opportunities for digital solutions • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers • Track and report on project milestones, documentation, and deliverables to stakeholders • Manage essential administrative functions including sales activity reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership - preferably within the medical device, healthcare technology, or enterprise software sectors. • 2+ years of experience leading projects required • Direct experience managing and growing strategic accounts, key customers, and/or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) is highly desirable • Demonstrates success in executing sales strategies and leading complex, cross-functional projects to drive customer adoption • Strong ability to influence decision-makers remotely through consultative selling and compelling communication • Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
