📋 Description

• Drive successful and accelerated commercialization of products within the assigned region • Accelerate product availability in regional markets and ensure timely, effective, strategically aligned launches • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual for internal approval and Approved Product List workflows • Remove commercialization barriers, identify accelerators, and drive market readiness across countries • Monitor commercial readiness milestones and provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and accelerators • Align launch activities with 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic and revenue objectives • Partner with business units and commercial teams to achieve quarterly and annual commercial goals • Lead Finance, Commercial, Regulatory, Business Unit, Manufacturing, and related teams through market introductions • Report directly to the Vice President & General Manager of Worldwide Indirect • Develop and present regional and country business plans • Develop and execute Local Product Readiness Plans aligned with global processes and Approved Product List approvals • Translate Market Required Documents and Product Requirements Documents into regional deliverables, including IFU, pricing inputs, and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with Technical Publications, Master Scheduling, Commercial, and Business Units on local launch needs • Provide regional product expertise to customer-facing teams and resolve product-related escalations • Track progress and remove obstacles to ensure launch success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of product development, lifecycle management, and commercialization • Proven project management expertise • Success in complex, matrixed environments • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills • Strong collaboration ability and agility in a high-growth environment • Advanced certifications in project management or commercialization preferred • 5+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology preferred • Robotics experience and disruptive technologies are a plus • Familiarity with regulatory processes and market access • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Teams and OneNote • May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, depending on nationality and role
