📋 Description

• Serve as a primary resource for the organization's ERP system, including administration, configuration, testing, and user support • Design integrations between the ERP system and operations systems, including Fonteva, ADP, and Ramp • Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects • Identify opportunities to automate manual accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and system-generated financial information • Lead adoption of new finance processes by communicating changes, supporting users, and promoting best practices • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and system documentation • Partner with internal departments to improve business processes through technology • Document accounting procedures and system workflows to strengthen internal controls • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity and data quality • Assist with full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis • Prepare and post monthly journal entries • Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation • Process and oversee accounts payable transactions • Manage accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, and cash application • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities • Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules • Ensure accounting records comply with GAAP and organizational policies • Support annual financial statement audits and compliance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong understanding of GAAP and the monthly close process • Experience supporting, implementing, or administering an ERP system • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with ERP implementations, data migrations, or system integrations • Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or other ERP systems • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA preferred • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
