📋 Description

• Mentor and support graduates to ensure they obtain gainful employment in their program of study • Provides centralized support for all aspects of graduate career assistance • Manages VOE inbox, including processing employment documentation as needed • Provides centralized support for all aspects of employment services activities, including career counseling, interview skill building, graduate outreach, verification of employment follow-up, etc. • Assists with identifying local and graduate employment opportunities and populating job boards • Creates resumes for active students and graduates • Supports all appropriate employment services tasks for the home office and campus teams as needed • Prepare students for the industry with mock interviews, resume preparation, career counseling sessions and support • Maintain high employment rates by regularly engaging with students and graduates through various channels and leveraging the EDGE team to connect them with potential employers • Ensure compliance with ACCSC standards and state guidelines by accurately documenting students' and graduates' employment records • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4 yr degree in related field preferred but not required • 2-3 years of experience in education field preferred but not required • Ability to advise and guide adult students in academic and life-skill matters • Computer skills required (i.e., Word, Excel) • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
