📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Commerce go-to-market leaders, supporting day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and ongoing performance management across revenue, gross profit, headcount, operating expenses, and key commercial metrics • Build driver-based forecasts connecting pipeline, conversion, sales capacity, productivity, pricing, product adoption, transaction activity, and retention to financial outcomes • Evaluate investments across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, channels, and customer segments using business cases, scenario analysis, and return-on-investment frameworks • Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for senior leaders and company planning processes • Lead and develop finance team members while remaining directly involved in the team’s highest-impact analyses and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, sales or go-to-market finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or another commercial organization • Experience leading financial planning and performance analysis, with strong modeling skills across forecasting, resource allocation, scenario analysis, and investment returns • Strong analytical ability and experience working with complex models, large datasets, and analysis tools (SQL, Python) • AI-fluency including analysis, insight generation, process automation and improvement • Experience in payments, financial technology, merchant services, marketplaces, commerce, or another transaction-based business is helpful • 2+ years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing finance professionals
