📋 Description

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple platforms • Ensure data quality and consistency to support operational and strategic initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in datasets promptly • Enter and update information into company databases with a high degree of accuracy and speed • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards • Perform routine audits and quality checks on data entries to maintain data integrity • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed for internal stakeholders • Communicate with team members to clarify data-related issues and ensure smooth workflows • Adhere to data privacy and security policies at all times

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related role • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database management systems is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting • Good organizational and communication skills • Basic understanding of data privacy and security best practices • High school diploma or equivalent • Additional certifications in data management or related fields are advantageous
