📋 Description

• Accurately enter and process records orders into the company’s system in a timely manner. • Verify order details for completeness and accuracy before submission. • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information. • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to order entry activities. • Respond professionally to client inquiries regarding order status and updates. • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance order entry efficiency. • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations at all times. • Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or a related administrative role. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines. • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience in records management or healthcare-related order processing. • Familiarity with data privacy standards such as HIPAA. • Basic knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
