📋 Description
• Engage in substantive legal dialogue with AI models • Assess model responses for factual and analytical rigor • Identify reproducible failure points and opportunities for improvement • Challenge AI models with realistic legal scenarios • Evaluate statutory interpretation, judicial reasoning, precedent analysis, legal citation formats, case brief construction, and evidentiary standards • Document performance gaps to strengthen model reasoning • Collaborate with the team to refine prompts and improve evaluation metrics
🎯 Requirements
• A JD or equivalent legal degree is required • Significant litigation experience gained in practice, academia, government, or related fields • Ability to articulate legal reasoning clearly and precisely • Ideal candidates may have a history of publication, prior clerkships, teaching experience, or subject matter specialization
