📋 Description
• Spot flawed abstractions in codebases. • Put advanced language models through Java problems evaluating correctness, quality, and edge cases. • Review model-generated solutions identifying inaccuracies and documenting failure patterns. • Assess whether problems are well-specified and appropriately challenging for training purposes.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep fluency in object-oriented design, concurrency, JVM internals, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture • Significant real-world Java experience, competitive programming, open-source contributions, or technical writing. • Ability to articulate why a solution is wrong or weak, not just that it is.
