📋 Description

• Converse with language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using Java • Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency • Assess code quality and clarity • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge advanced language models on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems • Document model failure modes to help harden model reasoning • Help create high-quality training data for the next generation of AI

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Java coding expertise • Expertise in algorithms and data structures • Knowledge of software architecture • Frontend and backend development experience • Cloud infrastructure knowledge • Systems programming knowledge • Experience with asynchronous programming • RESTful API integration experience • Memory management knowledge • Object-oriented design knowledge • Secure coding practices • Debugging distributed systems • A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal • Real-world Java experience, technical writing, or open-source contributions signal fit • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to show your work • Ability to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet
