📋 Description

• Converse with advanced language models on real-world design scenarios and technical Photoshop questions • Verify factual accuracy and workflow logic • Capture reproducible error traces • Document model failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge language models on advanced Photoshop topics to help create high-quality AI training data

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Photoshop • Experience with photo editing, photo compositing, photomanipulation, photo retouching, color correction, color grading, layer masking, smart objects, adjustment layers, blend modes, filters, typography, and digital illustration • Knowledge of non-destructive editing techniques, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions and automation, image resolution optimization, and creative effects • Strong portfolio • Professional experience with Photoshop • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite tools • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a closely related field is ideal • Coursework in Photoshop or related areas is advantageous
