• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue and profitability • Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects • Collaborate with Technical Sales and internal teams to deliver solutions and support • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred • 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
