• Lead implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of S&OE and/or Master Production Planning processes • Drive planning standardization and controls across the supply chain using the ERP system across 11 North American sites • Manage inventory parameters, stocking levels, and the aged inventory framework across North America • Coordinate the transition from S&OP to S&OE processes • Drive S&OE/Master Production Planning best practices and rigorous planning execution • Train and coach teams on S&OE practices and ERP-enabled processes across all sites • Own group S&OE processes, improving KPI reporting, root-cause analysis, and systemic action planning • Lead daily/weekly S&OE or Master Production Planning execution across all sites • Manage materials, components, and finished-goods inventory across North America • Lead inventory reduction projects aligned with company goals and working-capital targets • Manage short-term planning and OTIF across North America • Lead allocation planning for capacity, raw-material, and labor constraints • Drive adherence to defined S&OE planning frameworks • Lead the Aged Inventory Review process to reduce obsolescence and write-off risk • Support ongoing team training initiatives • Travel approximately 30% of working time for business-related travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in S&OE or Master Production Planning in manufacturing operations • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Agile leadership capability • Proven process-improvement and operational-excellence experience • In-depth knowledge of supply-chain-management best practices and emerging trends • Experience with supply-chain planning in multiple ERP systems; IFS experience is a plus • Experience managing supply operations in multi-site, multi-product manufacturing environments • Advanced data-analytics skills, including data-trend analysis, forecasting, and data classification • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Familiarity with business analytics and Microsoft Power BI is advantageous • Ability to set strategic direction, develop strategic plans, and lead change-management initiatives • Commercial and financial acumen, including multisite P&L management expertise • Proven ability to lead and implement change, structure, and process improvements • Knowledge of M&A-led growth and integration, with experience in global business operations • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills across multiple functional areas • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time • Ideal candidate must live within driving distance of one of the company’s manufacturing plants in the US
