📋 Description

• Provide education about specific diabetes treatments and resources to help patients begin and manage their diabetes and resources associated with prescribed medication • Participate in one-on-one communications with enrolled patients by telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS • Strictly follow program guidelines • Provide educational support only; do not provide medical advice or work clinically within this role • Support patient persistence and compliance • Document interactions accurately • Work with customers and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• Must work from a dedicated workspace in their primary home residence • Experience with direct patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance • Demonstrated time management, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills • Demonstrated effective presentation skills and excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional partners • Fully competent in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) • Excellent documentation accuracy • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills • Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM ET; schedule flexibility required based on business needs • Bachelor's degree and/or BSN • 3+ years as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) • Complete understanding and application of principles, practices, and standards in diabetes care directly with patients • No visa sponsorship; must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
