📋 Description

• Coordinate ongoing projects with clients across the life sciences industry • Support services including brand strategy, KOL development, advisory boards, speakers bureaus, trainings, and live and virtual events • Adhere to standard operating procedures and support team processes and meetings • Develop and maintain working knowledge of disease states and client products • Create project materials, track items through internal review, and make edits as needed • Ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, quantity, and tracking of project deliverables • Assist with developing, writing, and communicating project plans • Deliver project pieces meeting client goals for quality, visualization, scientific content, and timeliness • Ensure client branding elements are consistently applied in sales tools, collateral, visual aids, and proposals • Maintain regular client contact and assist with synthesizing client feedback • Collaborate with Scientific Services, Interactive, Marketing, and internal project teams • Build professional relationships with client stakeholders and understand their roles, preferences, motivators, and desired brand outcomes • Represent and promote Simpson’s brand throughout client interactions, communications, and deliverables • Promote sustainable service levels and efficient delivery of quality products • Provide data, decisions, and service delivery supporting client, project, and community success • Route Statements of Work for review and track them through approval • Request opportunity numbers and maintain accurate project setup and contracting records • Track SOW and opportunity status, escalate delays, and maintain organized documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required • 1+ years of client service experience, preferably within the life sciences or medical communications industry required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to establish and nurture client and internal relationships • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills • Ability to leverage internal and external relationships to benefit the project, client, and Simpson • Efficient and skilled use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences • Strong team orientation, drive, and willingness to take initiative • Must reside within the country where this role is posted to be eligible for this remote job opportunity
