📋 Description

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers • Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals • Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met • Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions • Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields • Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams • Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design • Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
