📋 Description

• Define and execute Ivy Fertility's enterprise BI and analytics strategy aligned with business and clinical priorities • Partner with IT on the roadmap for completing data warehouse • Own analytics, dashboards, and self-service reporting companywide • Establish and manage data governance, definitions, KPI frameworks, and data quality standards • Partner with IT on the design and build-out of a centralized data warehouse integrating EMRs, billing, RCM, and operational systems • Partner with IT on vendors, and data providers to ensure reliable and secure data pipelines • Deliver standardized and ad-hoc reporting to support enterprise decision-making • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to executive, clinical, and operational leaders • Build and lead a high-performing BI and analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field • 8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering • Healthcare or multi-site clinical platform experience • Experience with EMRs, billing, and revenue cycle systems • Proficiency in SQL, BI visualization tools, and cloud data platforms
