📋 Description

• Drive the vision, strategy, development, and growth of a digital community and engagement platform • Lead a strategic, multi-year product initiative focused on user experiences, fostering connections, and delivering insights • Collaborate with executive leadership, customer-facing teams, technical product leaders, and stakeholders • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Define and prioritize Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators • Conduct market, industry, competitive, and customer research • Design and execute go-to-market plans and growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of related experience • Experience leading digital product strategy, roadmap development, and product launches • Strong understanding of product management principles, customer-centered design, and Agile development methodologies • Experience defining and measuring product success metrics and using data to drive decision-making • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
