📋 Description

• Lead Coder’s product management function and raise the bar for how products are built • Develop product managers, strengthen product execution, and turn strategy into measurable customer and team outcomes • Manage a small team of product managers • Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership • Coach people and improve product management systems • Set standards for product discovery, planning, execution, and measurement • Align priorities and deliver outcomes across functions • Create clarity around product priorities, tradeoffs, and investment decisions • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, authority, and autonomy • Lead customer discovery and ground product decisions in objective evidence • Improve planning, roadmap development, product reviews, and decision-making frameworks • Serve as a senior product leader and trusted partner to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience, including experience leading or managing product managers • Strong track record of coaching and developing product management talent • Excellent customer discovery and validation skills, including interviews that uncover objective insights and real customer needs • Sound judgment and pragmatism • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with ability to build those qualities across a team • Clear communication skills and ability to influence across functions, levels, and priorities • Experience operating in fast-moving environments while supporting enterprise customers • Strong product fundamentals across roadmap development, prioritization, product strategy, stakeholder management, metrics, and execution • Experience building or scaling a product management function • Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, security, cloud, or enterprise software • Experience supporting self-hosted, open-source, or technical buyer motions • Track record of improving product operating systems without adding unnecessary process
