📋 Description

• Partner with the Revenue Management team to define and evolve dynamic pricing, translating pricing strategy into algorithm factors and inputs • Own product work that makes the pricing algorithm explainable through recommendations, explanations, and narratives • Partner with Engineering within the OBT to define scope, write requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations • Drive the roadmap for the AI assistant and MCP product using GenAI • Produce explanations, guidance, and suggested actions powering customer experiences • Own and improve the recommendations engine that identifies customer setting adjustments • Define and track metrics for adoption, retention, and time to value • Translate complex pricing and data concepts into clear requirements, narratives, and priorities • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams • Communicate progress consistently in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-rich, or model-driven products • Experience in a start-up and SaaS environment • Dynamic pricing experience, preferably in short-term rental, hotel, airline, travel, or hospitality • Ability to work closely with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products • AI-forward mindset and ability to identify valuable GenAI applications • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret product and pricing data • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple narratives • Strong cross-functional execution skills • Collaborative, humble, effective communicator comfortable with teamwork and transparency • SQL familiarity is a bonus • Experience integrating with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or other travel distribution platforms is a bonus • Familiarity with AI assistant, agent, or MCP-based products is a bonus
