📋 Description

• Coordinate field service staff scheduling, work, tools, and daily field-work needs • Set up and organize equipment and workstations • Conduct routine checks and record product-test data after installation and configuration • Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff • Provide on-the-job training for new hires • Coordinate technicians and assist with completing assignments • Interact with customers and coordinate support for on-site teams • Complete other duties at management’s discretion

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated project coordination experience, including scheduling technicians and interacting with clients • Active and unrestricted driver license required • Personal vehicle required for local work-related assignments • Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status • Up-to-date immunizations may be required • Healthcare facility credentials may require MMR, Varicella, negative TB test, Tdap, Hepatitis B, seasonal Influenza, and COVID-19 primary series vaccination • Must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship • Comfortable with Microsoft and other industry-related data entry and platforms
