📋 Description

• Provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers • Serve as the primary Call Center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program • Provide initial support via telephone, email, fax, or other available contact methods • Assess user issues and provide first-level problem resolution • Document resolution-specific information • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Pharmacy Technician experience required • HIPAA certified • Call center experience required; 3+ years preferred • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus • Ability to work 40 hours per week • Ability to work an offered schedule from 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am–7:00 pm ET, or 11:00 am EST–8:00 pm EST • Work under moderate supervision
