📋 Description

• Provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers • Field requests involving card activation, program eligibility, program benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections • Provide initial support via telephone, email, fax, or other available contact methods • Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level problem resolution • Document resolution-specific information • Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate area • Recognize operational challenges and recommend improvements to management • Work 40 hours per week on an assigned Eastern Time shift

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Pharmacy Technician experience required • HIPAA certified • Call center experience required; 3+ years preferred • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • Ability to work 40 hours per week • Ability to work an assigned shift: 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am–7:00 pm ET, or 11:00 am–8:00 pm EST
