📋 Description

• Provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers • Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program • Provide initial support via telephone, email, fax, or other available contact methods • Assess user issues and provide first-level problem resolution • Document resolution-specific information • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area • Recognize operational challenges and recommend solutions to management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Pharmacy Technician experience required • HIPAA certified • Call center experience required; 3+ years preferred • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus • Ability to work 40 hours per week • Ability to work one of the listed EST/ET shifts • Work under moderate supervision
