📋 Description

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development • Lead presentations for smaller, less complex regional studies when applicable • Deliver and manage smaller, less complex regional studies when applicable • Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team • Execute clinical studies according to contracts, SOPs, policies, and procedures while optimizing speed, quality, and cost • Set objectives for core project teams and sub-teams; communicate and assess performance • Collaborate with internal functional groups to achieve milestones and manage study issues • Monitor progress against contracts and present project information to internal and external stakeholders • Proactively manage risks, contingencies, problem solving, and resolution efforts • Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventative action plans • Serve as primary or backup customer contact and manage key customer relationships • Build and lead cross-functional project teams and oversee overall project delivery • Ensure project financial success and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue • Identify scope changes and manage the change control process • Identify lessons learned and implement best practices • Lead vendor management activities when assigned • Support corporate initiatives and act as a change advocate • Provide input on project team members' performance • Mentor less experienced project team members and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field required or equivalent experience • +7 years of prior clinical research experience, including around 5 years of project management experience in a global, client-facing environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English • Strong presentation skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work through others to deliver results to appropriate quality and timeline metrics • Experience monitoring/managing performance and providing feedback • Experience partnering cross-functionally and with customers • Ability to make decisions and use disparate information to drive results
