📋 Description

• Lead internal day-to-day operations and delivery for strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity projects across one or more brands • Manage full lifecycle delivery of complex technical, strategic, and creative projects from inception to completion • Develop and manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs • Lead estimation, project budget, staff planning, and timeline creation processes • Lead project kickoffs and status meetings • Create, review, and distribute meeting recaps; mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators on actionable recaps • Develop financial forecasts and facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action • Assist with annual and project-based statements of work and change orders • Provide input to program Gantt charts • Identify, evaluate, log, communicate, and mitigate project- and program-level risks • Identify staffing needs and maintain accurate resource plans • Resolve scope, schedule, resource, budget, quality, and communication conflicts • Ensure project artifacts are stored in enterprise systems such as Workfront and TFS • Apply Intouch delivery processes and PMO standards • Mentor and support training for Project Managers and Project Coordinators • Act as first escalation point for Project Managers and Project Coordinators • Keep the direct manager informed and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate • Participate in candidate interviews as needed • Monitor team morale, address issues, model inclusive behaviors, and proactively manage bias

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • Three to five years of experience in a PMO role • Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred (AOR or DAOR) • Advanced understanding and application of PMO standards and processes • Experience leading complex technology, strategy, and creative projects • Ability to develop creative, strategic, or technical-heavy project plans • Experience leading diverse functional groups and project teams • Understanding of project forecasting and reforecasting throughout the project lifecycle • Expert project and program burn analysis and remediation • Scope and change management tracking and adherence • Comfortable with client-facing communication • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risk • Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decision-making with Account, SMEs, clients, partner agencies, and third-party vendors • Strong ownership and accountability • Strong decision-making and implementation skills, especially under uncertainty • Experience with Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, or MS Project • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Launch experience is a plus
