📋 Description

• Review expense coding to ensure accuracy and compliance with project budgets • Audit travel and transportation arrangements for compliance with Tenna’s Travel & Expense Policy • Verify and analyze timesheet coding and labor-cost allocation • Develop and maintain installation project schedules • Coordinate hardware and tool availability for Mechanics performing onsite work • Manage work orders, track progress, and ensure timely project completion • Follow up with customers, address inquiries, and coordinate site locations and ATTM processes • Edit installation plans and document project requirements and milestones • Optimize installation schedules based on customer locations and timelines • Audit asset-to-tracker matches and take corrective action • Ensure trackers are installed on schedule and according to Tenna procedures and quality standards • Participate in customer implementation planning meetings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes • Undertake ad hoc projects • Assist the field team with change orders and workflows • Assist with training newly hired team members

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience working in project coordination, dispatching, planning, or logistics-related role • Experience working within construction technology or the industry is an absolute plus • Proven experience in scheduling and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and documentation • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is required • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Problem-solving and planning skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to handle ambiguity and work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing project needs and priorities • High School diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience • Ability to work within construction site environments, high/low temperatures, and outdoor elements on occasion • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude
