📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, delivery, completion, and financial outcome of complex multi-phase construction projects • Lead multiple retail construction projects, including retail, restaurant, big-box, convenience store, gas station, distribution center, and EV charging projects • Manage projects involving tenant improvements, renovations, expansions, and ground-up construction • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Manage consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, internal departments, and developers • Manage project phases including entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store startup, turnover, and closeout • Oversee contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple sites and states • Monitor milestones and deliverables and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders • Create and maintain detailed project documentation using proprietary or client software • Prepare proposals, develop budgets, forecast, and manage project finances • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively solve problems • Assess project execution and implement continuous improvements • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements, codes, policies, and safety standards • Deliver timely customer service and proactive solutions to clients • Travel to client/project sites across the U.S. by plane, motor vehicle, or train; onsite visits may last up to one continuous week

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field, with a minimum of three years of related experience • In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) • Current PMP preferred • Knowledge of project components, processes, and methodologies • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely • Ability to successfully work from a remote location • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job • Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service • Ability to travel extensively to client/project sites across the U.S., potentially 50%-90% of the work schedule • Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds • Ability to operate an electronic tablet, computer, and motor vehicle • Overnight stays away from home may be required
