📋 Description

• Responsible for functional design and implementation of Salesforce • Provide holistic expertise of all CRM systems including Sales, Service and Life Sciences Cloud • Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to advance scalable solutions • Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce programs • Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience • Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry • Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms • Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks • Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities within Life Sciences commercial solutions • Deep integration architecture experience including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy in complex Life Sciences environments
