📋 Description

• Help scale AI-enabled business process automation across Allstate Protection Plans. • Work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, partnering closely with business teams and technical counterparts. • Manage complex workstreams end-to-end (from process discovery and solution design through testing, deployment support, and iteration). • Contribute to scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and control. • Apply strong judgment to solve ambiguous problems while aligning with broader team objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, process improvement, automation, or technology-enabled transformation roles. • Experience with AI workflow platforms, agentic AI tools, or intelligent automation frameworks • Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, supporting, or improving workflow automation solutions, ideally including AI-enabled or agentic workflows. • Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and deliver results across multiple stakeholders and systems. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, large dataset manipulation) • Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, transforming, and validating operational datasets • Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for automation, data processing, or workflow validation • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, system integrations, and workflow orchestration concepts such as decision logic, exception handling, retries, and human-in-the-loop design • Experience with low-code or automation platforms such as Power Automate or similar tools for building and deploying workflows; experience configuring AI workflow platforms is a strong plus • Familiarity with process mapping and process improvement methodologies. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for business audiences.
