📋 Description

• Technical leadership and architectural guidance across the full stack • Recruit, manage, coach, and motivate a team of talented software engineers • Collaborate with product owners and user experience engineers on product features and road maps • Drive high standards for software quality, reliability, maintainability, cybersecurity, and compliance • Support production including incident response and issue troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years professional software engineering experience • Experience leading or managing software engineering teams • 5+ years experience developing for iOS and Android using Kotlin • 5+ years experience developing Java web services • Experience with AWS, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL preferred • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • BA/BS in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
