📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives • Develop project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and execution strategies • Coordinate multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams • Drive execution against committed timelines and address delivery risks • Facilitate technical planning, execution reviews, status meetings, and leadership escalations • Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes • Coordinate build, integration, automated testing, deployment, and release automation initiatives • Track deployment strategies, environment management, automated release processes, and infrastructure readiness • Coordinate cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, platform upgrades, and environment improvements • Lead infrastructure and deployment automation initiatives, including Infrastructure as Code and configuration management • Coordinate DevSecOps initiatives, security testing, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities • Serve as the primary project-management interface between DevOps and partner organizations • Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, actions, blockers, and mitigation strategies • Develop project dashboards, executive reporting, and delivery-performance metrics • Facilitate retrospectives and post-implementation reviews • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across engineering, development, deployment, and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of technical project or program management experience • 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, project management, or similar roles • Experience working directly with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering teams • Strong understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles • Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices • Experience managing complex technical dependencies and cross-functional engineering teams • Strong project planning, risk management, and delivery-execution skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid development methodologies • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, or similar platforms • Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins • Preferred experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation • Preferred experience with Docker or Kubernetes • Preferred experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab • Preferred experience with Azure Monitor, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana • Preferred experience with DevSecOps, vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, or security scanning • Preferred experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization
