📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans • Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active Indiana LCSW license required • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Telehealth experience preferred • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
