📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations • Establish initial treatment plans • Provide virtual outpatient therapy to adults ages 18+ with autism, IDD, and comorbid mental health diagnoses • Treat diagnoses including bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, and major depressive disorder • Collaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and other support staff • Deliver appointments lasting 30–60 minutes at the clinician’s discretion • Complete 60 minutes of administrative time per day • Work as part of a collaborative care team at an outpatient CCBHC • Provide care to underserved communities through virtual behavioral health services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT • Active Michigan LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license preferred • Availability for 40 hours per week during EST • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Experience and passion working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses • Telehealth experience preferred • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure • Must be passionate about working with adults ages 18+ diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses
