📋 Description

• Provide virtual behavioral health therapy to adult patients ages 18+ • Conduct individual assessments • Develop and monitor treatment plans • Connect patients with essential community resources • Document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records • Use standardized assessment tools and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance access to behavioral health care

🎯 Requirements

• Active independent LCSW or LPC license in California required • Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license • Proven experience in therapy • Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am–5 pm PST • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+ • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
