📋 Description
• Conduct structured discovery with clients and partners • Bring well-formed, evidence-backed recommendations to the product roadmap • Monitor the regulatory and standards landscape • Join client conversations as the sustainability subject matter expert • Represent Iron Mountain at ITAD industry conferences
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience spanning ITAD, electronics reuse and recycling, or data center lifecycle management • Demonstrated track record of building or scaling a sustainability program • Public-facing credibility: conference speaking, published content, podcast presence • Fluency in ESG reporting frameworks • Experience in product management, solutions architecture, or structured service development • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
