📋 Description

• Partner with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand customer needs. • Lead customer migration from legacy applications to the next-generation self-service records management experience. • Drive product adoption and measurable value realization for physical-to-digital records management. • Translate customer insights into actionable product roadmaps covering records management, physical-to-digital transformation, and analytics/insights. • Define and communicate the strategic roadmap for physical and physical-to-digital records management in the Insight DXP platform. • Identify market opportunities, understand the market landscape, and drive innovation using AI-powered intelligence and automation. • Develop detailed requirements and feature definitions, prioritize requirements, and remove product-development roadblocks. • Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant product capabilities. • Collaborate with product management teams to create a cohesive end-to-end customer experience. • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses to customers, partners, leadership, and key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a product manager role for a SaaS solution with global/international experience. • Experience in driving large scale customer migrations. • Experience in building AI and content-oriented applications is highly desired. • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights. • Experience with a Content Management, ECM, or Records Management solution is a plus. • Experience with Agile SDLC and associated tools (e.g. Jira). • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance personal and team-wide PM effectiveness, including accelerated insight generation, rapid prototyping, and automated backlog management. • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization. • Ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise. • BS required; Engineering or Marketing preferred; MBA highly desired. • Occasional travel as needed.
