📋 Description

• Drive engagement and satisfaction with Nava’s employee-facing technology products • Help people make informed healthcare decisions and get the care and support they need • Shape and evolve the product roadmap with the Chief Product Officer, Customer Advisory Board, and internal stakeholders • Translate customer needs and company strategy into clear priorities • Set annual product goals and measurable targets with stakeholders • Align the team around important outcomes and use evidence of impact to guide decisions • Work with product support teams to uncover usability issues, bugs, and friction • Pursue resolution of product issues and verify improvements to the customer experience • Partner with product marketing to communicate product value and drive interest and adoption • Lead partnerships across engineering and design from discovery through delivery • Report to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management • Demonstrated track record of taking products from zero to one and finding product-market fit • Bias toward action and rapid learning • Experience deploying and scaling mission-critical SaaS products • Evidence of delivering measurable improvements in product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, or other meaningful customer and business outcomes • Experience aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around product priorities, goals, and tradeoffs • Comfortable designing a research plan from scratch • Comfortable using storytelling and data to align teams around a course of action • Experience using tools like Claude Code and Codex • Comfortable navigating a complex codebase, applying fixes and enhancements, and opening PRs with help from agents • Comfortable working across engineering, design, and product management • Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
