📋 Description

• Support the Chief of Staff, Product Development, by driving operational efficiency, financial planning, and strategic execution • Plan and manage product development programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives • Support financial planning, budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and alignment with business priorities • Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities across product development teams • Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly departmental reporting, KPIs, and goals • Standardize product development team reporting frameworks • Create, publish, maintain, and organize documentation supporting product roadmaps, strategy, and execution • Develop training materials, presentations, and resources for internal stakeholders • Coordinate and support program release plans for seasonal launches, including education • Coordinate with product management, finance, engineering, and other teams • Track risks and roadblocks and collaborate on proactive mitigation • Provide planning, governance, and management for quarterly, bi-annual, and annual R&D investment planning • Build a model with Product Management and Engineering to enable roadmap delivery excellence • Improve program management practices and methodologies across pace, cost, and quality • Define and track program interdependencies and maintain an integrated product delivery plan • Support planning and coordination of the annual user conference for product development discovery and innovation sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 5+ years experience implementing a variety of technical projects and programs • Preferred background in SaaS platforms and products • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and Jellyfish • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Experience with financial tracking tools • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive insights for decision-making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience partnering and working with senior and executive leadership in a cross-functional environment • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs, and develop creative solutions • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures under pressure • Preferred PMP certification • Preferred experience with agile methodologies • Preferred experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies • Remote work within the United States • Ability to travel as needed, not exceeding 10%
