📋 Description

• Partner with the business to define the vision and business system strategy • Build and execute product roadmaps and measure business value delivered • Manage demand, project and incident escalation, third-party vendor relationships, release planning, and cross-functional coordination and communication • Work with business partners to define business value and product boundaries • Own product or product-line strategy, roadmap, and feature definition • Compare product definitions with the industry landscape and perform build-versus-buy analysis • Coordinate product architecture and solution design involving processes, COTS, and custom solutions • Develop release plans with feature functionality based on business value and time-to-market • Assess infrastructure and SaaS pricing and licensing models • Assess organizational capacity, change management, training, and communications needs • Define and monitor KPIs for product efficacy • Forecast product obsolescence and migration strategies for data transition functionality • Collaborate across the organization with project managers, iteration managers, and stakeholders to ensure product delivery, adoption, and efficacy • Assess cost versus benefit and ROI • Adapt product direction to changing business needs and identify risks and mitigation strategies • Perform additional duties aligned with the intent of the role as assigned by a leader

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience • Movement across different departments within IT while gaining a broader perspective of the business/industry • 2+ years of experience leading teams • Experience with Agile software development methodologies • Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and work experience may be considered • Compliance with security responsibilities, security controls, applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, and internal policies and procedures
