📋 Description

• Design product capabilities for Twilio’s Identity platform, supporting agentic and human identity use cases • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction, translate customer needs into product capabilities, and build the roadmap • Collaborate across Twilio teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives • Author PRFAQs and product requirement documents • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver product concepts • Enable go-to-market teams to help customers solve challenges using Twilio products • Break down complex problems, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and design developer experiences • Represent the customer in product decisions and deliver products customers value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an engineering role • Experience in building deeply technical products and/or products for developers • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience required • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA
