📋 Description

• Drive solar product development in accordance with company and product strategy • Participate in developing and refining product roadmaps based on business objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and data analysis • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes on time • Collect and triage customer feedback for roadmap and feature prioritization • Conduct user research, discovery sessions, prototyping, UAT, and beta testing • Create prototypes, testing content, release materials, user guides, release notes, and sales-enabling documentation • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans and product launches • Define and track product performance metrics and feedback loops • Communicate data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Identify industry trends, especially AI-enabled product workflows • Implement, measure, and iterate on product development efficiency improvements • Lead initiatives where no established best practice exists

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience directly in Product Management • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience utilizing tools like Databricks and Sisense and MCPs • Experience in B2B software development, especially within the renewable energy industry (bonus) • Strong strategic planning capabilities with proven ability to translate vision into actionable, executable plans • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be currently located in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without visa sponsorship • Must maintain a valid passport
