📋 Description

• Perform Smart Sort activities to efficiently categorize, inventory, and classify customer records. • Determine record eligibility for destruction, ongoing retention, or inventory integration based on established compliance policies. • Partner closely with the Records Manager to execute daily operational duties across the entire records lifecycle. • Drive key record lifecycle decisions and help transform physical and digital records into streamlined, actionable workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in records management, information governance, or data classification. • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end records management lifecycle, retention schedules, and disposition protocols. • Proven expertise utilizing Smart Sort methodologies or automated record sorting platforms. • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills and rigorous attention to detail.
