📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize, and release medical and imaging records via mail or courier service • Manage and distribute incoming record requests received through online submission, email, and fax • Manage mailouts in MRO Clinics CarePortal • Verify recipient information for each mailout • Release records, imaging, and forms in paper or electronic format according to policies, procedures, or requester preference • Coordinate courier pickup of packages • Coordinate with notaries for certifications before release when applicable • Provide accurate and timely status updates to requesters by email or phone • Assist patient/requester walk-ins • Coordinate with Account Managers on STAT requests and questions • Pull and/or burn imaging records to CD/DVD for mail or patient pickup • Monitor office supply inventory and request additional supplies • Escalate issues and errors to department leaders as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a certified Notary Public • Strong organizational and time management skills • Networking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivation, drive, and initiative • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, compassion, promptness, and eagerness to expedite tasks • Outgoing and confident approach • Confidentiality and discretion • Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all organizational levels • Ability to understand and present health information data while remaining HIPAA compliant • Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in the industry and office • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in customer service and conflict resolution
