📋 Description

• Ensure energy storage products, components, and on-site installations adhere to quality standards and specifications • Conduct Inspections and Test Plans (ITP) for equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing milestones • Identify, flag, and document defective materials or workmanship • Track corrective actions and non-conformance reports (NCRs) to completion • Prepare, oversee, and maintain turnover documentation • Conduct quality audits • Prepare weekly and monthly project quality reports • Collaborate with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on quality issues to prevent recurrence • Support projects in California, Wisconsin, Ohio, and other locations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in QA/QC, ideally within energy storage, manufacturing, or construction environments • Familiarity with quality control methodologies such as Lean and 5S • Proficiency with ERP and Quality Management databases • Strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively • Willingness to travel and be away from home 4–6 weeks at a time • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is preferred
