• The Quality Inspector (or QA/QC Technician) ensures that energy storage products, components, and on-site installations adhere to strict quality standards and specifications. • They perform inspections, manage non-conforming materials, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and maintain detailed documentation for battery energy storage systems (BESS). • This is a traveling position supporting projects in Arizona, Nevada, California, Texas and more. Candidates can expect to be away from home 4 - 6 weeks at a time.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred. • Experience: Proven experience in QA/QC, ideally within energy storage, manufacturing, or construction environments. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S) and proficiency with ERP and Quality Management databases. • Attributes: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
